Research Centers

The group collaborates with

  • Synthetic organic chemists in the CCHF to apply engineering tools that might facilitate practical synthesis of complex organic molecules, and/or increase the TON of precious metal catalysts.

Center for Selective C-H Functionalization

  • Theorists, spectroscopists, and other materials-oriented groups in the UNCAGE ME Center to understand how catalytic or separations materials interact with acid gases commonly found in process streams such as H2S, SO2, NO2, CO2, and others.
The Center for Understanding and Control of Acid Gas-Induced Evolution of Materials for Energy
